🌱 Natural Dying with Invasive Plants with Wildwood Folkschool‍‍
September 12 | 10:00am- 3:00pm
Learn about a variety of invasive plants in the PNW that can be used as natural dyes! We will discuss how to process the materials, prepare your fabrics, and create a dye pot. The class will start with a lecture, and then students will have the opportunity to work with the plants, create a dye pot, and leave with a naturally dyed bandana.

🌼 Flowers & Leaves: Marigolds and Tea
September 13 | 10:00 am- 2:00pm
Explore the art and alchemy of natural dyeing with textile artist and natural dyer Janessa Fortes Bautista. In this hands-on workshop, participants will dye a cotton tea towel and silk scarf using marigolds, tea, and shibori techniques.

 🌹Nourish & Root - A Mother's Circle
Sept 16 & Sept 30 | 11:00am-1:00pm
This is space to be seen, held, and deeply nourished — by mothers, for mothers. A space surrounded with an abundance of plants to hold us as we gather.

🪘PNW Drum Workshop with SkiJah Indigo
September 19 | 1:00pm–3:00pm
SkiJah Gaindey Indigo has been given the title of Master Drummer by Malik Sow, Master Drummer and Conductor of Senegal. For more than 14 years, SkiJah has studied traditional West African music and culture, with an emphasis on traditional drumming. Join us for this inspiring and joyful workshop, an opportunity to connect through rhythm, deepen your awareness, and expand your joy for life through music and culture.

🌻Rhythm Seed Farm Farewell Party!
September 20 | 12:00pm-10:00pm
One last party at the farm! We’re moving in 2027. Full day of fun and fundraising! Food, music, memories. A beautiful day together to celebrate the beautiful community we’ve built. Donations accepted, but this event is open to everyone!

🌕 Full Moon Women's Circle + Sound Bath + Releasing Ceremony
September 26 | 7:00pm- 8:30pm
A special Full Moon evening of sisterhood, sound healing, and ritual beneath the Aries Full Moon. Visiting from Los Angeles, Kirsten Korot—Moonologer™, Intuitive Coach, Sound Healer, and founder of Manifesting with the Moon Women’s Circles & Nature Nurture Experiences™—**will guide an intimate gathering designed to help you release what you’re ready to leave behind, reconnect with your inner fire, and make space for what you’re ready to grow next.

🌿 Getting Intimate with Plants
Oct 4 |1:00pm-3:00pm
Immerse yourself in the world of plants. Through touch, taste, observation, and shared knowledge, we’ll explore how to connect with plants — not just as resources, but as living allies.

🍄 Crafting in the Garden: Needle Felting
October 11 | 3:00pm- 5:00pm
We'll be making a simple mushroom out of wool using needle felting techniques. All materials and supplies will be provided to make one mushroom. Register by emailing shadymoody@gmail.com. Tickets are $25 a person.

We’re excited to invite community members to use our shared space for gatherings, workshops, classes, concerts, art parties, and whatever you’re dreaming up 😊

If you’d like to host an event, please fill out our Event Request Form and share a few details about your idea. This helps us understand your vision and ensure it’s in alignment with the space, our community, and our work as an organization.

We also recommend reviewing our Event Guidelines, they answer many common questions and will help you plan your event. We are always happy to answer questions and support your event success.

Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we’re able to accommodate it. If it’s a good fit, we’ll confirm the details together and add your event to our community calendar.
